Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
We strive to exceed our own standards and your expectations with every order. For that reason we try to list extremely realistic processing and delivery times. That said, there can be times when delivery times run slower due to conditions beyond our control. Providing accurate information at checkout will help ensure you receive fast, efficient and reliable service with every order.
Weekend and holiday deliveries will depend upon the shipping method chosen. If for some reason there is a delay in shipping your order such as unusually high volume, you will be notified via email with an estimated ship date followed up by a message with the tracking information for your order.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For many items, the domestic rate is stated within the item description or under the ‘Additional information’ tab on the product page. We currently only ship within North America.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
For your convenience we’re proud to offer cart duplication and multiple ship-to addresses for a single order. If you find a certain product combination you want to send as gifts to multiple recipients, simply duplicate your cart for each recipient. Or maybe you just want to ship each item to different people. Either way we’ve got you covered!
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Some shipment methods including UPS or FedEx may not allow a PO Box for the delivery address.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Shipment confirmation and order tracking will be provided once your payment has been received and the order has been transferred to the shipper. All items are guaranteed to ship within 7 business days or be refunded.
Customs, duties, and taxes
IMC Merch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
IMC Merch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
